Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at KUROVIBE. Because every piece is made to order, please read this carefully.
Your 30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with any tags attached.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are shopping from the EU, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy extends this period. This right does not apply to items that have been personalised or made to your specifications.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you. Email contact.kurovibe@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and clear photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
How to start a return
Email contact.kurovibe@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item (for example, for a different size) is to return the original and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
Personalised or made-to-your-specification items, and gift cards, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
