Every KUROVIBE piece is made to order, then shipped worldwide. Here is what to expect.
Processing time
Because items are produced on demand, please allow 2 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once it is on the way.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Europe: approximately 5 to 10 business days.
- United States and Canada: approximately 7 to 14 business days.
- Rest of the world: approximately 10 to 20 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees; delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak periods.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over EUR 80.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Multiple shipments
If your order contains several items, they may be produced and shipped separately and may arrive on different days.
Tracking, delays, and incorrect addresses
You will receive tracking for every order. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at contact.kurovibe@gmail.com and we will help resolve it. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.
