Welcome to KUROVIBE. By accessing kurovibe.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The basics

This website is operated by KUROVIBE, based in France. By using the site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have the consent of a legal guardian.

2. Our products

Our items are made to order using print-on-demand production. Because each piece is produced individually, slight variations in print placement, colour, and fabric are normal and are not considered defects. Product images are for illustration only; actual colours may vary depending on your screen.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where pricing or product information was published in error. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Import duties for international orders are the customer's responsibility (see our Shipping Policy).

4. Orders

Once an order enters production, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need to amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact.kurovibe@gmail.com and we will help where we can.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the KUROVIBE name, logo, designs, artwork, graphics, and text, is owned by KUROVIBE and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or use any of it without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our rights or those of others, or to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

7. Limitation of liability

The site and its products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KUROVIBE shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of France, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
